满月后每天都在倒数第一百天，当然除了是 TH の特别日子外 ♥

也是我开心の日子

哈哈

我终于戒口了一百天叻~

 

 

事实证明我也可以办到!!! 刚开始还以为会很难

除了谢谢我 の家人，也要谢谢我 のmanager

给了我额外の产假, 所以戒口方面也比较容易多了!

起码在家里我 の午餐也没烦恼了

 

 

要戒口の食材蛮多的，如：

海鲜类，花生，猪头骨熬の汤，芋头，糯米，冷饮，鸭肉，鸡肉 （除了菜园鸡）， kampong 鱼，咸鱼，虾米，sausage, ham, 寒凉の食物 等等...

 

其实难过的是我要一百天后才能吃水果呢 !!! (╥﹏╥)

幸亏快餐还有 McD のfillet O fish 偶尔安慰一下下自己~ 其实也不是那么の爱吃 fast food 啦~

只是那时 MIL 有买到给我吃

嘻嘻！

以前都好羡慕宝宝们可以拍摄美美 の照片

虽然我没特地带TH去拍

但这次在网上买了这数字(1.0.0) の气球当装饰品 (ღ′◡‵) 

谢谢朋友替我买 时间刚刚好！

拿到后还有点茫然 幸好家里有绷气球 のpump

小心翼翼 の...因为一旦力气过度就会导致气球爆

 

到第三粒时， 看到有个缺口.. 还以为可以把整组 の气球丢进垃圾桶了... 幸好hubby/妹妹提醒了我 (忘了是谁) 哈哈哈 (ღ′◡‵)

一言惊醒梦中人 (生了baby后真的会记忆衰退吧?! 要不然我怎么没想到哦~ )

开心 の是竟然work喔!!! 哈哈哈

 

当我把他抱上来... 这个小 baby很开心 の哩~ ♥

还会古怪 の看镜头 哈哈哈

其实拍照这天是倒数五天才到一百天啦
刚好妹妹和我从saloon回来
终于把我那长长又干干の头发给修短了, 说真的刚剪完还有点不习惯哩
好怀念我长发 ehhhh

还好刘海不是短短 の 要不然我会哭惨

好处就是不怕我那长长又干干の头发弄到 TH
也省了洗发液和吹干の时间了*哈哈*
还有怕我会开始掉发 (听好多人都说 妈妈生了后第四个月就会严重脱发) Σ（ﾟдﾟlll）
所以现在也接受了我头发长度了
赶快长吧~

说快不快 说慢不慢

就这样

我 の 两个月产假也过完了

原本·我这个星期一就得回到工作岗位了

幸好 ~ 我 の manager 好好人哦

给了我多两个星期 の 产假 & 两个星期 work from home

♥  感激  ♥

 

 

yes!my manager has granted me additional 2 weeks maternity leave

& another 2 weeks work from home (only go to office where there's a meeting :P )

really appreciated and feeling happy when read the email

thanks my super kind and nice manager for the kind consideration o(^▽^)o

of coz thanks my team mate who peer me and the self-organized team could handle themselves too

 

yeah..I know...

I am gonna misssss my boy very soon when I back to work after this ♥ ♥ ♥

自从怀孕到生了小北鼻后, 我真的真的极少拍照了
哈哈
难得那天妹妹来看小北鼻
所以我们三人就有机会自拍起来咯 ~

偶尔还真の蛮羡慕有些妈妈会把自己打扮美美和他们の宝贝一起拍照

主要是为了方便照顾 小北鼻
所以穿着舒服就好了~
加上忙得来，偶尔自己也忘了要梳洗
呵呵

哈哈 那也是其中之一の原因我很少和小北鼻合照
其二 没出去逛逛 所以也懒惰 zap zap 自己
其三 小北鼻の成长过程照比自己来得更重要了
哈哈 （妈妈应该也来个 '残样の进化过程照' ？）

其四 我没有一个会拍照 の hubby     囧 囧 囧

当然也会看看他の手指到底像我还是他daddy

小baby就是baby啊~

软软の手掌和手指真让人想吻下去٩꒰ ˘ ³˘꒱۶

我喜欢小北鼻の气味 ♥

 

看着の那种感觉很微妙

第一... 有种不敢想象我们俩已为人父母

 

第二... 想象我们以前の手指头也是那么小

长大了

回想自己の父母

如何含辛茹苦抚养我们成人

如何の煎熬维持生活

等等...

之前还不大敢放他睡 • 怕他还小 头软软の

♥ 今天咋们一家三口一起出门咯 ♥

 

嗯 ~ 坐月子期间偶尔破例一次

到医院 の儿科诊所做检查

 一早梳洗 ● 吃过午餐 ● 收拾一些小北鼻 の用品后

就抱着小北鼻 从家里出发 ~

以前 の他在肚子里坐车车

现在却在我怀抱里一起坐车车

那种感觉好特别！

出院时是 mil 抱着他回家

因为我还没有力气抱他 ~ 出院时我 の伤口才第三天

终于到了

hubby dropped us at lobby,  

then I carry TH go to clinic suite rather than wait at lobby

after hubby park his car and come look for us

 

receptionist: " 妈妈, 要做什么の?"

感觉很陌生 の称呼

called me mama! LOL

well, I'll get used to it soon

after registered, she asked us wait inside the 'nursery room'

which is dedicated for newborn bb and bb who wanna jab

once I stepped in, I saw a family inside..

I was like 'erh' how come?

 (=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ\

 

the parents told their daughter (3-4yrs old) be careful of hitting me

" 小心。不要弄到 aunty~  aunty 坐在后面"

coz the little girl playing the toy car inside.. 

hahahha..

I still can't get used to that word "AUNTY"

okay, I'm a mami now

let me get used to it after a month

since now no people will call me aunty at home what

 （≧∇≦）

 

诊所好多人哦！

外面有些宝宝不舒服

所以 nursery room の好处是避免 新生儿被细菌感染

生气 の是有一位 staff 一直叫我们在外面等医生

因为他说下一个就到我们了

第一次我们出去等，可是等了好久都没轮到我们叻！

有点被骗 の感觉

我叫 hubby 回到 nursery room 等

 

haiz.. please wait the patient come out only call us go in la.

how come you don't know newborn baby can't expose too much in public area?!

2nd time, she come and ask us go out wait again...

we insisted don't want! unless the patient is out from room

coz the another staff ask us wait inside until the patient out from the doctor consultation room!

please think! I know that waiting area is faster, but initially there is medicine collection counter too!

somemore outside so many kids and adult!

 

终于轮到我们了~

医生脱掉小北鼻 の衣服看看 (turn left . turn right)

幸好 TH 全程都很乖

完全没有哭闹  (因为在等待の时候和过 nen nen 了！哈哈）

 ꒰ ♡´∀`♡ ꒱

 

Doctor said very good! no jaundice.. (relief~) ♥ ♥ ♥

then asked how much bb's weight now (height & weight measured after registration)

today's weight: 2.91kg ♥

Dr. said gained weight is good!

 

"anything else wanna ask me?"
we both were blank out... dunno what to ask already (we are newbie. just 10 days' parenthood)

then quickly ask ask this and that..

after that bill n ciao ~

 

 

终于可以回家咯~

酱都用了 2hours +

希望下次 check up 可以快一点啦~

Tips:

☆ first thing to do when reached home, change bb's clothes coz clinic has lot of bacteria

☆ same to parents

☆ remember wait the patient out from consultation room only get out from nursery room

☆ bring blanket, nursery room is quite cold

☆ pack all the thing 1 day before

☆ bring bb's milk (coz we forgot bring the bf milk after warm it) luckily got formula as backup :P

traditional herbs tea that boiled by MIL

it is good to drink prior due date ・ good for baby and mommy

actually MIL asked hubby to remind me drink few cups

but my 'smart' Hubby to smart I think

he told me finish whole big bottle!

(coz he didn't listen clearly)

luckily this is no harm to bb

LOL

Craved for the Obrien's sandwich quite some time...
finally ate this
BUT... vomit all out
(╥﹏╥)
such a long time (about 4yrs) I never eat coleslaw
and that day ordered this Classic Tripledecker from Obrien's only realized there is a layer of coleslaw
feel so guilty...
dunno izzit this is one of the reason I vomit all at home
LOL
